We have reserved a block of rooms at a couple centrally located Chattanooga hotels. Information for each are detailed below.
There are also rental properties available (through sites like Airbnb and Vrbo) if you wish to stay with larger parties. We'd recommend staying in Southside, Missionary Ridge, St. Elmo, and North Shore!
The Hotel Chalet
Located in the heart of Chattanooga, The Hotel Chalet is connected to the iconic Choo Choo Train Station.
To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by Friday, March 27, 2026. After this date, rooms will be subject to availability and standard rates.

Moxy Chattanooga
Located in downtown, Moxy Chattanooga is a modern hotel within walking distance of restaurants.
To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by Friday, March 20, 2026. After this date, rooms will be subject to availability and standard rates.

Please Note
There are additional hotels closer to the venue in Ooltewah, TN and Collegedale, TN, though no room blocks have been reserved at those locations.
Flights
For convenience, we recommend flying into Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, which is 8 miles from downtown and about 20 miles from the venue.
Alternatively, guests may find more flight options to Nashville International Airport or Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Chattanooga is halfway between the two cities.
